Phil Williamson and his family have had a passion for farming and growing produce together since they planted their first blueberry bushes in 1991. "It's what we do, we can't get it out of our system!" When they're not growing and harvesting, Phil and his wife are teachers during the school year. You could say this family is BERRY talented.

With 11 different varieties of blueberries on 20 acres in Oswego County, Phil says the blueberries are loving all of the rain and sun! Their sweet too, and the Williamson's leave them on the bushes a littler longer after they're ready to pick which allows them to build their natural sugars.

Coming to the Market since 1974, Phil has a long list of fans and devoted customers—we would know because they call us every year demanding to know, “When is The Blueberry Guy coming back!?" Phil's season is short—about 5 weeks—but it’s a SWEET one so make sure you stop by the Market on Thursdays in A-Shed or Saturdays in B-Line to select your bucket of blue!
