MEAT the Knickerbockers!

Brother duo, Brian and Brad, took over their parent’s business and shop specializing in smoked meats, sausage, and processing. Starting in 1978, this family has been successfully MEAT-ing customer expectations for awhile now. Curating everything using natural seasonings and family recipes has lead to repeat customers and the demand for this family to vend on Saturday’s and Sundays here at the CNY Regional Market. Vending at the Market for about 8 years now, some of Brian & Brad’s favorite items are their hams which are popular around Christmas and Easter, Bacon, Summer Sausage and Polish Kielbasa.

Brian knows customers love their products, “Everything we sell is fresh and our recipes are curated perfectly and not overdone, plus we use all natural ingredients.” Aside from selling fresh goods, they also offer dog bones and handmade wood signs made from reclaimed wood. Customers can find such a wide variety here at the Market and they’re buying from good people.
