Family man, family farm, family memories…Randy Dickinson, owner of Glad To Know Ya Farm, has been working in agriculture his entire life. More importantly, he’s committed to inspiring the next generations of farmers. “Grandpa and me went to the Market and were inseparable. He died when I was 19, but we'd go walk the Market and he’d say, 'This guy is honest about pricing.' One vendor would tell you something was $5, but then put a sign out for $4 later. I have fond memories of going to the Market with him. He taught me how it worked and now I bring my grandkids. I didn’t realize all he taught me until he passed away.

Farming is not just a job. It's a way of life. We want to share with our customers that it's important to know where your food comes from and inspire the next generation of farmers and consumers."

This family of innovative entrepreneurs doesn’t only grow glads. Within their flower fortress, you’ll find a selection of brightly colored zinnias, cascading amaranthus, and the sunniest of sunflowers.
