Family-owned and operated by The O'Keefe's, Monarch Farm ecologically grows its produce. "Our signature salad mixes and our wide variety of greens are customer favorites. We also grow a delicious cornucopia of heirloom vegetables; beans, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, leeks, melons, onions, peas, peppers, potatoes, squash, sweet corn, tomatoes, plus culinary and medicinal herbs and flowers. All produce is ecologically grown; we do not use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides," shared Brendan O'Keefe.

Located CNY's beautiful Skaneateles Lake, their farm is dedicated to restorative and sustainable agriculture. For the health of our soils they use cover crops, compost, organic fertilizers and crop rotation and never consciously choose GMO or chemically treated seeds.
