Beyond running Sundance Farm, if you've been to our Market you've come across the hot, fresh smell of fried dough. And to who should we give props? In additional to growing sunflowers and produce, Kim is the operator of a Fried Dough stand.

"Francis Borne, my Italian grandmother whose house I was born in, had a meatball hut that was next to my grandfather's gas station in the 1960s. The memory of that, I think, is where the creation of the fried dough shack came from."
