Turkey rolls

Ingredients
1 avocado, sliced
1 tbs challah hot sauce
4 pieces of sliced turkey
1/2 cup spinach, steamed
2 slices of artisan bread
Method
Build your open sandwiches starting with dividing the steamed spinach into two equal portions into your bread slices. Top with turkey rolls and place your avocado next to your sandwiches.
Drizzle with hot sauce, and enjoy!
