A common misconception with vegan/vegetarian diets is that there’s no protein in these meals. We’re here to let you know that there are so many ways to get protein from a plant-based diet. @east.coast.avocado is a pro at curating healthy meals that will give you the nutrients you need and make you feel so good!
Ingredients
1/2 cup vanilla protein oats
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs plant-based protein
2 tbs almond butter
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp bee pollen
1/2 cup pumpkin spice granola
2 tbs maple syrup
Method
Microwave 1/2 cup of oats with 1 cup of water and then add heavy cream & vanilla plant based protein and 1 tbs of chia seeds
Add everything to a bowl and enjoy!
