Garlic scape pesto toast

You think avocado toast is great, but @mainstreetfarms know what's up with this supplemental recipe. Have you tried garlic scape pesto on toast?
Ingredients
1 cup garlic scapes (about 10-12 scapes)
1/4 cup olive oil (to start, add 1/4 more if you prefer smooth vs chunky)
1/4 tsp Kosher salt or fine sea salt
Optional:
1/4 cup pine nuts or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
a splash of lemon juice
Method
Chop off scape “flowers” (the funky looking end) and loosely chop scapes
Place in food processor and pulse for 30 seconds
Add nuts or seeds and/or cheese, pulse for another 30 seconds (optional)
Add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt, process on high until smooth
Add seasoning to taste, spread on toast and enjoy!
