Avocado toast with eggs

Ingredients
2 eggs, cooked sunny side up
1 avocado, mashed
1/4 cup of sprouts
1/2 cup spinach, cooked
1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted and cut in half
Method
Cook eggs sunny side up with salt & pepper
Top toast slices with mashed avocado and season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper
Plate eggs and avocado toast along with cooked spinach and sprouts
